pada postingan kali ini saya akan membagi pengalaman saya dalam mendapatkan verifikasi akun paypal...
alhamdulillah saya baru mendapat pesan bahwa akun paypal saya sudah terverifikasi, lalu bagaimana caranya?
awalnya saya mau verifikasi pakai kartu atm/debit mandiri dengan logo visa dikartunya, tetapi ternyata langsung ditolak. setelah googling tentang ini saya mendapat info bahwa ada cara verifikasi tanpa menggunakan kartu kredit, yaitu manual verify.
pertama-tama yang kita butuhkan adalah file cpy tanda identitas (ktp,sim,dll) dan copy buku tabungan (cover dan halaman pertama) dalam bentuk JPG atau GIF.
lalu kita hubungi pihak paypal melalui contact us (klik)
pada halaman selanjutnya pilih "send us" pada bagian Email us
ok di halaman ini perhatikan gambar yang saya lingkari, pilih untuk topic "my account"
pada bagian sub topic pilih "becoming verified"
nanti akan muncul kotak isian, nah ini adalah surat yang akan kita kirim kepada PayPal.
point2 dari isi email kita yang saya sarankan anda cantumkan dalam surat tersebut :
1. katakan bahwa anda hanya akan menggunakan PayPal untuk menerima uang
2. katakan apakah anda bisa verifikasi manual melalui bank di Indonesia
3. katakan anda tidak memiliki kartu kredit
itu 3 point penting yang sebaiknya anda cantumkan dalam surat anda. setelah anda mengirim email tunggu dengan sabar beberapa hari kedepan PayPal akan menghubungi kita melalui akun email yang terdaftar di akun paypal kita (dalam bahasa ingris tentu saja)
berikut balasan paypal kepada saya:

If you can’t access your online statement or this 4-digit code is unavailable online, check your next paper statement for this code. We cannot provide you with the 4-digit confirmation code by any other method.
Here’s how to enter the 4-digit PayPal code to confirm your card:
Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
Click 'My money.'
Click 'Update' beside 'Debit and credit cards.'
Click ‘Link and Confirm My Card.’
Enter the 4-digit PayPal code and click ‘Submit
Option 2:
You can request to do the manual verification.
If you have a Personal account, you'll need to upgrade to a Premier account before you verify your PayPal account.
Here's how to upgrade your account and manually verify your PayPal account :
1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click “Upgrade” under your name and then click “Upgrade Now.”
3. Select Premier account and click “Continue.”
After you upgrade your account, please send us a copy of these documents as a GIF or JPG:
• A copy of your photo identification (Identification Card, Driver License, or Passport).
• A copy of your bank account statement or bank book that shows your name and bank account number.
Please make sure that one of the documents you submit displays an address that matches the address on your PayPal account.
If the addresses don't match, there are two ways you can help us complete this process:
Option 1:
Submit a third document with an address that matches the one registered on your PayPal account. This can be a copy of a utility bill, bank or credit card statement, or any other official document in your name that is dated within the last 6 months.
Option 2:
Change the address on your PayPal account to match with one of the documents you submitted.
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click “Profile” near the top of the page.
3. Click “Street Address” under Account Information.
4. Click “Add.”
5. Type the new street address in the address boxes provided.
6. Click “Save.”
Email your documents to manualverify@paypal.com . Please use the email address registered on your PayPal account. After we review the documents, we'll contact you within 1-2 business days.

karena saya tidak bisa melakukan option 1, karena saya tidak menemukan tombol my money, mungkin krn saya baru bergabung dan saya belum memiliki saldo uang. jadi saya pilih option 2.
jadi segera scan KTP anda dan buku rekening anda, usahakan alamat pada KTP sama dengan alamat yang anda cantumkan di PayPal, lalu kirim ke alamat email manualverify@paypal.com lewat email yang terdaftar di PayPal jangan email lain ya.
format email balasannya bisa sebagai berikut:
"Dear PayPal,
Here is the document to complete the manual verification for my PayPal Account
1. My Bank Account book
2. My Indonesian Citizen Id card (“alamat” is goes for address)
3. My Bank account number is 8090xxxxxx
4. My PayPal account email is xxx@email.co.id
